MELAKWA LAKE
Beautiful and serene Melakwa Lake
I have only been to Melakwa Lake three times but it is one of the more beautiful lakes in the Central Cascades. One time Kim and I were climbing Kaleetan Peak. On another I was with friends who were climbing Bryant Peak. I had already done Bryant Peak so I opted to renew my acquaintance with this gem. It was on this jaunt that I took the picture above.
