I climbed Pinnacle Peak along with 4 other peaks (Colonial, Snowfield, Paul Bunyan's Stump and Pyramid) on a three-day Memorial Day weekend in 1987. (Wish I still had that kind of 'get-up-and-go') The climbing route goes through the saddle between Paul Bunyan's Stump and Pinnacle around onto the west face. I recall a couple of 'fun' moves just before popping out on the very thin summit ridge.
